Been a little while since my last posting but I have been out and about in various parts of the country but it is always nice to meet up with friends in the WWWN and do a Sunday walk. Which is what I did with Jeannette leading five of us 9 miles around the leafy paths and country lanes on the outskirts of Leeds. An interesting point was the birthplace of charity founder Sue Ryder ....cor blimey they had some brass! The photos below show us packing up from a lunchtime stop at an idyllic lakeside spot and then at the end of the walk when Pauline took us to some lovely show gardens in Roundhay Park. Nice one Jeannette thank you.
