Six of us enjoyed a lovely walk from Bardsey on a hot sunny day. The walk took us through woods where the trees seemed to be acting as storage heaters! Unusually it felt hotter in the woods than when we were crossing open countryside where at least there was a breeze.
There were lots of lovely views and it was a trip down memory lane for (new) Diane who grew up in Bardsey.
We had lunch in a shady spot under some trees in Thorner Churchyard with good views of the village.
