"Sunday was a lovely walking day with blue skies and a cool breeze for our trip up and down the snickets and ginnels of villages in the Colne Valley. Numerous steps and lots of puffing and blowing so the reaction I got when asking the girls to pose for a pic at the top of this tower didn’t go down too well! Still a panoramic view rewarded them. Thank you for coming ladies and I won’t put it on the walks programme again for a good while!"
