If Agnes is a recent member of the group, she didn't turn up on Thursday!
Thank you to all the ladies who ignored all the gloom and doom about the weather and turned up for my walk. I say "my" walk which implies that I led it when in fact I trailed mostly at the rear trying to urge the little dog I had promised to look after, to move forward. It was a Herculean task I can tell you.

The weather was fine and became sunny, the wind was light and the walk proved to be suitable for ladies who needed a shorter walk.
The scenery as usual was spectacular and we found our usual lunch spot high above the stream.
It was lovely to meet several new ladies and as always lovely to meet up with familiar friends.
